Character Development
● Pupils will learn to develop self-discipline, resilience and commitment through their trainings and competitions. Through these interactions, our pupils will be able to develop in their social-emotional competences as they learn to respect their peers and competitors.
● Through the practices and matches, our pupils will:
- build confidence
- develop problem solving and communication skills
- develop cooperative skills to promote harmony and inclusiveness in the group
- develop good sportsmanship
Programmes /Activities

Warming-up exercises: such as footwork, stretching and running.

Drills and skill practices to improve the players’ strength and abilities.
e.g. Backhand, forehand, pair-practice shots etc. -
Sparring matches during trainings to increase the players’ cooperation, competiveness and readiness.

Friendly matches, cooling down exercises and games help to promote the love for the sport and camaraderie among our players.
